Brunner Enterprises Inc. requires limited information for the sole purpose of conducting business. We will not transfer any data to any third party. We do not send unsolicited e-mails.

Policies

Minimum quantity is one stock length.

We offer custom straight cuts to length of material that is available in 12 ft.

lengths and provide 3” samples of our aluminum extrusions upon request. Non-stock lengths (custom cut material) are not returnable.

In order to keep prices low, our material is stocked in 12-ft. or 24-ft. lengths.

We also offer most of our material in shorter lengths for shipping purposes. We will accept returns of all re-salable merchandise for 30 days. Quantities over 120-ft. will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

All written quotations are valid for 30 days.

We take every effort to provide a superior product through our quality control department and use well-known carriers for shipping. Mishaps do occur.

Inspect package(s) carefully upon delivery for container damage. All freight damages must be notated on the driver’s copy of the bill of lading and all claims must be reported to the carrier and us within 5-business days. For product concerns we must be notified within 7-business days.

We collect and remit sales tax based on state and local requirements. Exact tax amount will be determined at time of shipping. 

Freight and UPS charges are subject to change, we will contact you with any

additional cost.
